After the Army:
I went back to work for the Washington National Insurance Company for two years.  Over the course of the next 55 years, I worked in the automobile business as a salesman, manager and owner of a Rambler dealership in Daytona, Florida.

After two years, I sold my dealership and moved back to Silver Springs, Maryland.  Shortly there after, my wife of 34 years passed away, leaving me with 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  I currently work with two of my grandsons, who own the J&G Landscape Design.
